One of the most important tools that are included in the platform is providing users and responders with access to local and crisis support resources.
These resources are selected by the Network Admin(s) during the network setup process.
Local resources (or EAP's) are typically based in the surrounding community that provide a variety of health and support services that have specific hours of operation.
For each local resource, you will find the resource name, a description of the services they provide, the insurance they accept, their location, and you can also have the option to call them directly from the mobile app or visit their website to learn more.
Additionally, you have crisis support resources. These are 24/7 resources that are primarily focused on proving crisis intervention support to those in emergency situations. For each resource you will find the resource name, a description of the services they provide, the option to visit their website, and most importantly the ability to call or text the crisis support resource right from the mobile app.
Please keep in mind that you can only call/text these resources from a mobile device.
