How do I gain access to a locked responder?

Updated: May 1

If you would like to be referred to another responder within your network, it is your responsibility to communicate this request to your assigned responder(s).

If the submitted referral request is approved, the responder will be available for you to communicate with from your Discover screen.

Please note that if the referral request is not approved within 24 hours, you are more than likely on the responder's personal waitlist.

When a referral is approved, it is also important to note that the responder has the ability to remove the user if they have reached the maximum number of sessions allowed by your school or organization, if the responder has reached capacity, or if the user is no longer in need of their services.
